Mr. Qualey grew up on Broad Street, just five blocks away from what is now his law office. He has been practicing law in the Charleston area since 1983. Currently, Mr. Qualey serves as a Member on Charleston County Council. He formerly was a Councilman for the town of James Island and served in that capacity for over 6 and a half years. Mr. Qualey has a practice emphasis in the representation of homeowners and homeowner associations in construction litigation. A member of the Charleston County Bar Association and South Carolina Bar Association, Mr. Qualey is licensed to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of the state of South Carolina.
